Graphs

  1. Cumulative Number of Completed Challenges

    • Description: This graph shows the cumulative number of completed challenges over a specified time period.
    • Details: For example, if no challenges are completed on the first day, the graph shows 0. If 5 challenges are completed on the second day, the graph shows 5. If 10 more challenges are completed on the third day, the graph shows 15, representing the cumulative increase. The graph is displayed on a daily basis. Note that a challenge does not need to be active to be included; it only needs to have been completed, regardless of its current status.
  2. Badges Earned Over Time

    • Description: This graph demonstrates the cumulative number of badges earned over time.
    • Details: For instance, if a user earns one badge from completing a challenge in the first month, the graph shows 1. If the same user earns two more badges from completing two additional challenges in the second month, the graph shows 3. Each challenge allows for a maximum of one badge per user, and multiple badges from different challenges are counted separately.
  3. Cumulative User Points Over Time

    • Description: This line chart illustrates the cumulative user points over time, depicting three distinct metrics: earned points, redeemed points, and expired points. Earned points represent the total points acquired by users, redeemed points denote the cumulative points redeemed during the same timeframe, and expired points indicate the total points that have expired.
  4. Percentage Distribution of Users Across Tiers

    • Description: This graph illustrates changes in user percentages across tiers over time, tracking the fluctuation in the percentage of users within each tier (e.g., Silver, Gold, Premium) relative to the total number of users.
  5. GMV Comparison: All Users vs Referral Users

    • Description: This line chart compares the GMV generated by all users (both members and non-members) with the GMV generated by users who signed up through referrals over time.
  6. Total Users, Members, and Non-Members Over Time

    • Description: This graph displays the breakdown of users into game members, loyalty tier members, and non-members based on specific criteria set in the user profile.
    • Details: This graph is generated based on the results of a configuration area where admin users must make selections before starting the gamification & loyalty setup. This area is shaped by the selections in the Member Settings section of the settings menu. If gamification & loyalty membership is set to start automatically for everyone without requiring approval, this graph will not be displayed.
  7. Top 10 Users by Overall Score

  • Description: This leaderboard displays the top 10 users with the highest scores across all users. It provides an overview of the top performers, showcasing their achievements and rankings based on their cumulative points.

User Profile Logic

When a player is created in the Demo Store, checkboxes for “Is Game Member” and “Is Loyalty Tier Member” are included in the user profile.

  • If the setting "Is Gamification for everyone?" is set to true, the "Is Game Member" checkbox will not be visible, as all users are included in the gamification setup.

  • If the setting "Is every user part of the Gamification automatically?" is NO, both checkboxes will be available:

    • Is Game Member = true, Is Loyalty Tier Member = false: The player will be marked as game member only and included in the dashboard as a game member.
    • Is Game Member = true, Is Loyalty Tier Member = true: The player will be marked as both game member and loyalty tier member, included in both metrics on the dashboard.
    • Is Game Member = false, Is Loyalty Tier Member = false: The player will be marked as non-member on the dashboard.

Dashboard Breakdown

Depending on the settings:

  • If "Is every user part of the Gamification automatically?" is YES and "Is every user part of the Loyalty Tiers automatically?" is NO, only the "Is Loyalty Club Member" checkbox will be available. The dashboard will reflect the distinction between game members and game & loyalty tier members.

  • If "Is every user part of the Gamification automatically?" is YES and "Is every user part of the Loyalty Tiers automatically?" is YES, there will be no membership questions in the user profile, and the dashboard will not display the relevant graph.

  • If "Is every user part of the Gamification automatically?" is NO and "Is every user part of the Loyalty Tiers automatically?" is YES, the registration screen will have only the "Is Game Member" checkbox, implying all game members are also loyalty tier members.

Conclusion

The dashboard provides essential insights into user engagement and the effectiveness of gamification strategies, enabling informed decisions based on user participation across various metrics.
